As professional photographers we are foremost artists, but what does this mean? Well AFTER your beautiful family portrait session, you'll be invited back to our cozy studio in the heart of saint-germain-des-près (that's in the center of Paris) to view your gorgeous family portraits, choose your favorites, and order artwork for your wall, in albums, and smaller gift prints and desk acrylics for family.
All of our artwork starts with your paris photoshoot and goes through three steps:
1. The camera study - aka your Paris photo shoot! Prepare to be enchanted as we curate the best photos from your family session, presenting them in a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience within our heart-of-Paris studio. This is an unmissable part of your KDP experience. Even those who have previously collaborated with professional photographers are astounded by the novelty of this experience. Here, amidst an array of breathtaking visuals, you'll handpick your favorites and order your beautiful artwork. For many of our clients, a visit to Paris is a once in a lifetime occasion, and these artistic creations serve as your personal time-travel portals, whisking you back to those precious moments from your Parisian adventure.
2. Enrichment - Everything you order undergoes our meticulous enrichment process, where we fine-tune and enhance each photograph to ensure it's absolutely flawless for your wall portraits and albums. Your cherished memories will receive the utmost care and attention to become timeless treasures you'll be proud to showcase and share. These enriched files are then shared with you via an online gallery for social media usage.
3. Creation! All of our artwork is museum gallery quality, we work with the best artisans in Europe, Australia, and the US to create art gallery pieces for your home. Everything is rated to last for 80+ years of perfection and are shipped to your home anywhere in the world. A bit more about us:
We are a full service family portrait studio of experienced photographers in Paris, the city of love (meet us here)! We primarily photograph on location around Paris but we also have a full studio in the heart of the 6th arrondissement.
What does full service even mean? Basically we do 95% of the work and hold your hand through the rest. The whole experience from our amazing client concierge available via email, whatsapp or phone calls who will give you lots of info and help on how to prepare for your session, guiding you through choosing amongst the great spots around Paris to photograph, we can recommend a chauffer, babysitters, helpful Paris guides, and more in addition to doing the legwork of planning your session for you.
We are an award winning team of 3 English speaking photographers in Paris who absolutely LOVE people. Babies give us all the heart eyes, couples, engagements, and solo travelers have special parts of our artisitc hearts, and families are what we live and breath. (In fact, it all started with family. It's why I, Katie, built KDP: Being a cancer survivor, family and TIME with family is what is most important in my life. Let me tell you about it in our about us.). We'll get to know you, photograph you, have a GREAT time (because don't we all want to enjoy this moment??), show you your beautiful portraits, and guide you in the artwork that you most connect with.
Then our production team takes over and our enrichment and creation magic happens. Your artwork swiftly arrives at your door and all you've really done in this process is gave us some info about you, had fun around Paris for your portrait session, ordered favorites, and hung your artwork on the wall.
We do the heavy-lifting, you just get to enjoy and have fun.
